Who we are

Visual Magnet is a branding and web development studio. The party responsible for the personal data collected on this site is Sebastián Bonelli, domiciled at Necochea 437, Ramos Mejía, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What we collect

What you give us voluntarily in the contact form: name, company name, email address, phone number and the message you write.

Technical data recorded automatically as you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and which site or ad you arrived from.

We do not request or store sensitive data, card details or bank account information.

What we use it for

To answer your inquiry and send you a proposal or quote.

To contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp regarding that inquiry.

To understand which advertising campaigns and content bring in inquiries, so we can invest better.

To improve how the site works.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, given when you complete and submit the form, under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to contact@visual-magnet.com.

Cookies and measurement tools

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Google Ads tag to measure the results of our search campaigns. Both use cookies and their own identifiers.

These tools show us aggregate data and let us know whether a visit arrived from one of our ads and whether it ended in an inquiry. We do not use them to identify you beyond that.

You can block cookies from your browser settings, and limit personalized advertising from the ad settings in your Google account.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.

We share it only with the providers we need in order to operate: the hosting and email services where the site and the inquiries live, and the measurement and advertising platforms mentioned above. Each one accesses only what it needs to provide its service.

Some of these providers are located outside Argentina, so your data may be stored on servers abroad.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as there is a commercial relationship or an interest in starting one, and for up to five years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, updating of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@visual-magnet.com. We respond within the timeframes set by law.

Data subjects are entitled to exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25.326.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority for Law No. 25.326, has the power to hear complaints and claims brought by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is completely infallible, but we treat your information with the same care we give our own.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date in the header.
